Accessibility statement

A wall anyone can plan.

We want modulars.uk to work for everyone, however you browse. This page says what we aim for, what works today, where we fall short, and how to reach us.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Every page has a “Skip to content” link, a visible keyboard focus ring, labelled forms and buttons, and text descriptions for images and illustrations. Dialogs keep focus inside and close with Esc. Animations, including the homepage video, can be paused and are switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.

On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever ⌘ appears.

Known limitations

The 3D board view is a visual canvas. A screen reader can't describe where each part sits, and rotating the camera needs a mouse or touch. The text alternatives: the order review page lists every part, colour and quantity in plain text before you pay, and the designer's catalog and controls are ordinary labelled buttons.

If the 3D designer doesn't work for you, email orders@modulars.uk with your board size and what you want to hang. We'll put the layout together with you and send you an order to approve.

Tell us about a problem

If something on the site is hard to use, email orders@modulars.uk with the page and what went wrong. A real person will reply within 2 working days, and we'll help you finish your order while we fix it.

Last reviewed

We last reviewed the site against WCAG 2.1 AA in October 2026, with keyboard-only testing and an automated checker, and we update this statement when things change.
