The plain-English version: we make good parts to fit your board, you pay for them, and if something's wrong on our end we'll put it right.
Made to order
Every item is 3D-printed to order from the layout you design. Because production starts once you order, changes and cancellations are only possible before we begin printing — contact us quickly if you need to change something.
Fit & compatibility
Our accessories are designed for genuine IKEA® SKÅDIS pegboards in the sizes offered in the planner. We guarantee the fit of any layout the planner lets you complete. We don't supply the board itself — that's bought separately from IKEA.
Custom parts
Sending us a custom-part idea is free. If we can make it, we'll send a render and a fixed quote, and you only pay if you accept that quote; we can't promise to make every idea. Custom designs are made to the measurements you supply — please check them carefully, as bespoke items can't be returned unless faulty.
Ideas you send us
If you leave “Happy for Modulars to make this design available in the shop” unticked, we won't put the part we design for you in the shop. If you tick it, you let us add that part to the shop and sell it to other customers. Either way, you keep any rights you have in your own photos and drawings.
Faults & returns
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not to the specification you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our designs, models and site content belong to Modulars. IKEA® and SKÅDIS are trademarks of Inter IKEA Systems B.V.; Modulars is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by IKEA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
