Everything is made to order in our UK workshop — here's exactly what to expect between placing your order and hanging it on the wall.
Print turnaround
We aim to print and quality-check every order within 48 hours. Larger or custom layouts can take a little longer — if anything will hold up your order, we'll email you first.
Delivery
Orders ship via a tracked UK courier, and most arrive within a few working days of dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Costs
- — Free UK shipping on orders over £40.
- — A flat, clearly-shown rate applies to smaller orders — you'll see it at checkout before you pay.
- — We currently ship within the United Kingdom. For elsewhere, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
Because each piece is printed to order, we can't restock returns — but if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't fit the board size you selected, email us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
